My sister, my little sister, born when my grandmother and brother and I were sitting on the couch waiting to hear her gender, is 16 today. Holy hell!
Where did the time go? Seriously...what the heck. I was ten when she was born. I wasn't driving. I never wanted to drive. And now...she's all grown up. Boobs and everything. And driving. I guess it's time for me to turn in my license and let her drive my ass around. But seriously...when did I get so old?
I told her I'd play this for her on her 16th birthday, because she's getting her license, and I think it fits...in part.
"Because of you, I never stray too far from the sidewalk..."
She's driving now. Or...she will be VERY SOON!
Ladies and gentlemen, turn in your licenses. Abandon hope. RUN!
And if she reads this, she'll know I'm kidding, because that's what I do.

We made a song called "Because of Woo". Woo = Vagina. Inside joke. That's me and my little sister :)
Aw. They grow up so fast dont they. My niece is entering HS. I can't imagine her driving around and being somewhat independent.
Happy Birthday to your Sis :) I feel the same way, my youngest sis is going off to college this Fall. Where does the time go? :P But we all have to grow up sooner or later, preferably sooner.
